Biography:
Brahim Hnich is currently a Professor of Computer Science (CS) at the department of Computer Science at Monastir University and the director of its research Masters programme. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Bilkent University (1997, Turkey), a PhD in Computer Science from Uppsala University (2003, Sweden), Docentship in CS from Uppsala University (2004, Sweden), as well as a HDR in Computer Science from Montpellier II University (2008, France). He was an associate editor of the Artificial Intelligence Journal (2009-2015). Two of his research papers have been selected among the best papers at the European Conference on Artificial Intelligence in 2004 and at the International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence in 2005. In 2004, Hnich has been nominated by University College Cork and has been shortlisted (among the 8 finalists out of 41 nominees worldwide) for the President of Ireland Young Researcher Award 2005. In 2003, Hnich's PhD Thesis was nominated for the European Coordinating Committee for Artificial Intelligence's best theses award. His research interests include, among others, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and constraint programming.

Professor Carlos Juiz received his PhD degree in Informatics from the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), Spain. He has got a postgraduate degree on Office automation Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain. Before joining the Department of Computer Science at UIB, he had several positions related to the computer systems industry. From 1990 he was Systems Analyst in Xerox, leaving this position as Senior Analyst in 1999. He was visiting researcher at Department for Computer Science and Business Informatics, University of Vienna, in 2003 and Visiting Associate Professor at Biomedical Informatics Research, in 2011, at Stanford University. Carlos Juiz is heading the ACSIC research group (http://acsic.uib.es) and his research interest mainly focuses on performance engineering, Green IT and IT governance.He has been involved in 50 regional, national, European and international research projects, including cooperation projects mainly with Universities of Paraguay, Albania, Tunisia, Morocco and Ecuador. He has participated in more than 500 international conferences, workshops and congresses as reviewer, session chair, president of the program committee but mostly as programme committee member or scientific committee member. He is co-author of more than 200 international papers (including journals, published reviews, proceedings and book chapters) and two university textbooks. Carlos Juiz has given about 50 international seminars and invited to conferences at numerous prestigious universities in the world.Carlos Juiz is senior member of the IEEE and also senior member of the ACM. He has also been appointed as a member of the Domain Committee on Cloud Computing from IFIP until 2017.He was the Sub-director of the Polytechnic School (2004-2005) and Director of the Office of Planning and Prospective at the University of the Balearic Islands (2005-2007). He was the President's Delegate of New Technologies (2007-2011) and Vice-rector for Information Technologies (2011-2013) at UIB. Carlos Juiz was the Director of the Chair from Telefónica at UIB (2012-2014). He is one executive vice-president at the TURISTEC cluster and also board member of Balears.T cluster. He is the coordinator of the workgroup of Governance of IT AENOR, the Spanish body in ISO and coeditor of the ISO/IEC 38503 standard.Currently, He is Subdirector of the Laboratory of Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation at UIB.

Prof. Victor Chang is a Professor of Business Analytics at Operations and Information Management, Aston Business School, Aston University UK, since mid-May 2022. He was previously a Professor of Data Science and Information Systems at the School of Computing, Engineering and Digital Technologies, Teesside University, UK. He has deep knowledge and extensive experience in AI-oriented Data Science and has significant contributions in multiple disciplines. Within 4 years, Prof Chang completed Ph.D. (CS, Southampton) and PGCert (Higher Education, Fellow, Greenwich) while working for several projects simultaneously. Before becoming an academic, he has achieved 97% on average in 27 IT certifications. He won 2001 full Scholarship, a European Award on Cloud Migration in 2011, IEEE Outstanding Service Award in 2015, best papers in 2012, 2015 and 2018, the 2016 European award: Best Project in Research, 2016-2018 SEID Excellent Scholar, Suzhou, China, IEEE Outstanding Young Scientist award in 2017, IEEE 2017 special award on Data Science, 2017-2023 INSTICC Service Awards, Talent Award Suzhou 2019, Top 2% Scientist between 2019 and 2024, top Business Research Scholar, the most productive AI- based Data Analytics Scientist between 2010 and 2019, Highly Cited Researcher 2021, Top 125 British Computing Scientists 2022-2024 and numerous awards mainly since 2011. Prof Chang was involved in different projects worth more than £14 million in Europe and Asia. He has led more than 4 major projects worth more than £3 million. He has published 3 books as sole authors and the editor of 2 books on Cloud Computing and related technologies. He published 1 book on web development, 1 book on mobile app and 1 book on Neo4j. He gave 54 keynotes at international conferences. He is widely regarded as one of the most active and influential young scientists and experts in IoT/Data Science/Cloud/security/AI/IS, as he has the experience to develop 10 different services for multiple disciplines. He is the founding conference chair for IoTBDS, COMPLEXIS and FEMIB to build up and foster active research communities globally with positive impacts and has recently stepped down.

Biography:
Professor Kheireddine Lamamra is an academic and researcher specializing in systems control. He is currently a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Larbi Ben Mhidi, Oum El Bouaghi, Algeria. His academic background includes a doctorate in Electronics with a concentration in Systems Control from the University of Constantine, along with a Postgraduate Specialization (PGS) in Information and Communication Technologies from ENS Kouba, Algiers. In addition to his academic qualifications, Prof. Lamamra holds Cisco networking certifications (CCNA1-4) and has been recognized as a Judicial Expert in Electronics and Renewable Energies since 2021. His research is focused on systems modeling and control, where he leads a team within the Electronics and New Technologies Laboratory (LENT) at his university.

Prof. Benatallah is full professor of computing at Dublin City University (DCU, Ireland) since Jan 2022. He has had over 21 years as a senior lecturer, associate professor, professor and then Scientia professor at UNSW Sydney (Australia) before joining DCU. He held visiting professor positions at several prestigious research institutes and universities including INRIA-LORIA, Trento University (Italy), Clermont Ferrand, University of Lyon, Paris Dauphine University (France). Prof. Benatallah’s main research interests are developing fundamental concepts and techniques in service Web services middleware, business process automation, process mining, quality control in crowdsourcing services, automated and crowdsourced training data curation, intelligent and AI-augmented services, conversational AI, context aware and compositional task-oriented conversational services. He has published more than 350 refereed papers including more than 100 journal papers. Most of his papers appeared in very selective and reputable conferences and journals. His research attracted a large amount of competitive grant income. He is frequently invited to give keynotes and seminars at international conferences, workshops and PhD schools. Prof. Benatallah has been general and PC chair of a number of international conferences. He has been guest editor of several special issues for reputable international journals. He is/was member of the steering committee of BPM (Business Process Management, 2005-2022) and ICSOC (Int. Conference on Service Oriented Computing) conferences (2008-present). He is co-chair of the steering committee of the CoopIS conference. He is member of the editorial board of numerous international journals including ACM Computing Surveys, ACM Transactions on Web and IEEE transaction on services computing, Springer computing, distributed and parallel databases journals. He was associate editor of IEEE transactions on cloud computing (2016-2020). He was a member of the Executive Committee of IEEE Computer Society’s Technical Committee on Business Informatics and Systems. He was a founding member of the team, comprising multiple university, government and industry partners, that proposed the Smart Services CRC (Cooperative Research Centre), 2007. He was research stream leader and a key contributor (2015-2019) at the Data 2 Decisions (D2D) CRC. He supervised over 38 research (33 PhD and 5 Masters by Research) students to completion as principal or joint supervisor. He was also associate supervisor of several research students. He is a fellow of the IEEE, AIIA, and EAI.

Dr. Yessine Hadj Kacem is an Associate Professor in Computer Science at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Sfax University,Tunisia. He is also affiliated with the Computer and Embedded Systems (CES) research team at the National Engineering School of Sfax. He began his academic journey by earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the College of Science in Sfax in 2005. He then pursued a Master's degree in New Technologies and Dedicated Computing Systems in 2007 at the National Engineering School of Sfax.In 2012, he completed his Ph.D.in Computing Systems at the same institution. With a diverse and rich academic background, He has held several impactful roles in the field of computer science. He served as the Head of the Computer Science Department at the Col ege of Computer Science, King Khalid University, SaudiArabia, from January 2018 to June 2021.During this time, he made significant contributions to the accreditation processes of NCAAA and ABET and played a key role in the development of new study plans for both bachelor's and master's programs. His expertise spans educational data mining, model-driven engineering, schedulability analysis, and the verification of non-functional properties using high-level approaches. In his current role at Sfax University, Dr. Yessine is passionate about enhancing student skills development. His commitment to academic excellence is further demonstrated by his certifications in PMP, ISTQB, and Scrum, highlighting his dedication to fostering quality in software development.
